The Champion Procedure to Compile a Vast Rush of Business to Your Website

Wednesday, December 16th, 2009

There are several  ways to produce  customers, some paid, some free. Needless to say, I suggest using free methods although some people might have a different taste.

I deliberately love the feeling of seeing a royalty coming in and knowing that 99.99% of the total amount of that commission is pure profit.

So maybe I do not get 10,000 visits per day to my website, but each on I get is 100% no cost so I probably make more money than many PPC users who at the end of the day have to give up a big chunk of their proceeds to Google AdWords.

But let us focus on the main issue I want to discuss in this article: what is the best way to build and  produce a stream of business… for free.

I know that you have probably heard about different theories and strategies designed to bring about free transactions, from social bookmarking to blog commenting etc, however, although numerous of the usually recognized free methods do offer a certain level of effectiveness, there is only one that can truly become both a huge short term and a long term source of traffic.

This often underestimated method is no other than article marketing, and I would say it is not only underestimated it is also underused because countless people discard it because they tend to think that bringing about business,  through article advertising is too hard, and they fail to realize a couple of important details:

1.- Article advertising provides you with the highest quality business,  money can buy, only you are getting it for free.

Indeed, think for a minute the level of conversions you can reach from a visitor driven to your site from an article. This is a person who already spent a few minutes reading your article and then he or she clicked through, meaning that up to some point he or she greatly agrees with you.

This level of predisposition can hardly be achieved through a two line ad, where the visitors often clicks through just out of curiosity and each time they do your bank account is getting hammered.

What this means is that you need a lot less article traffic than you need other sort of communications in order to get the same number of conversions.

2.- Article advertising provides you with quality one way links to your site, which is the foundation of a higher rank in the search engines and ultimately a great source of free targeted traffic.

3.- All these effects are permanent, so the more you do, the more you will get both instantly and over time.

Now, certainly if you were to pursue the benefits of article marketing by writing 20 articles a day with the goal of building a stream of business and 700 on way links within the year, I would certainly agree… this is too much work.

But, if you do the same by writing just one article per day, but submitting that article to 200 directories, then you would be creating around 7,000 independent sources of traffic to your site plus an equal number of one way links that would in turn help you suck a great deal of natural traffic from the search engines. Then you can really sit back and enjoy a real avalanche of customers with just a little work.

In order to do this however, you cannot go submitting your articles to each directory on by one, because you will be 1 month older by the time you are finished submitting just one article.

Rather you should use an article submission software that can do this mechanical and painstaking job for you in one click, and save a ton of time and proceeds while you get the best of both worlds: massive immediate transactions and one way links to your site.

Add to that the fact that all you need to start is a PC and an internet connection, and you can completely understand why I say that you have to (and can allow yourself to) start thinking about simplicity, flexibility and profitability.

Sunrider International-Is It Posssible To Succeed?

Wednesday, December 16th, 2009

Company History

Sunrider International was founded in 1982 in Orem,Utah by a man named Dr. Tei-Fu Chen originally from Taiwan. The company would move it’s headquarters to Los Angeles in the same decade.

Sunrider has now evolved into a Muli-National corporation that has over 7,000 retail stores in China and is planning the opening of 200 more in Malaysia.

What set Sunrider International apart from it’s competitor’s was it’s early innovation of Stevia products, which uses a non chemical extraction process that removes the green of the leaves as well as the after taste.

Products

Sunrider has quite an impressive array of products, some of the following are listed below:

  • Sunbreeze (oil and balm)
  • Superclean laundry detergent
  • Sunsmile toothpaste & oral care products
  • Herbal supplements
  • Kandesn skin care & cosmetics

Sunrider International researches, develops and manufactures it’s own products this set’s them apart from other products as production isn’t outsourced.

Sunrider International has 4 manufacturing plants in, China, Singapore, taiwan and Los Angeles the latter of which is the largest of it’s kind in the world.

Compensation Plan

As far as the compensation plan goes it’s actually quite unique. You see, in most MLM companies the commissions are calculated based on the volume of sales of the Independent represenatative’s and there downlines but in Sunrider International the bonuses payable to Independent business owners are calculated on company sales volume. This definitely has a dramatic effect on you bottom line.

Conclusion

Sunrider International seems to hit all the right spots. They have a business franchise model, they’ve won multiple awards, they operate different types of businesses such as Hotels and even do charity work.

On the surface it all looks great, you have a great company that makes it’s own products, has highly acclaimed products, works with major global organizations and everything else you’d expect from a Company of this caliber

There is a problem however……

The products won’t sell themselves and anyone that tells you this is flat-out crazy and you’d have to be crazy to believe them.

Don’t get me wrong you can make money with Sunrider products but only if you can learn this one skill: LEAD GENERATION.

I’ll tell you from personal experience that it will take a steady flow of leads into your business daily if you ever want to get out of the rat-race.

If you don’t eventually master the art of generating your own leads you will eventually get burnt out and then it’s back to the J-O-B.

I won’t mince words You will Make Money and succeed with sunrider international once you learn how to get your own leads through Marketing and no matter how much you wish, wonder and hope that the products sell they probably won’t.

Tips to Setting Boundaries: Making Your Office Your Own

Wednesday, December 16th, 2009

One of the great American dreams is being able to quit a 9-to-5 job to start building a work at home business. More and more people are making their dream come true. But before you quit that job and set up your home office, there are a few issues to consider.

On the plus side, part of your home and related expenses are tax deductible. It’s convenient to work while your kids are in school and then be home for them when they walk through the door in the afternoon, and let’s face it, not having a boss to answer to is a major plus.

But it’s not always the ideal situation. Starting a business from home isn’t always easy on families. There are many issues that will affect your family. First and foremost are financial issues. Will you be able to handle the hit to your wallet when you don’t have a steady paycheck? If this is an issue, consider working your business part time while holding down a full down job.

It takes a very dedicated person to work from home. There are always distractions to overcome such as the unexpected visits from family members who think you have lots of free time because you don’t work a “real” job. It also seems like telemarketers prefer to call in the middle of the day, and don’t forget the neighbors dropping by to see if you’ll babysit while they run errands. It’s very important to let family and friends know your working hours. Tell them in no uncertain terms that your business is your income and you need to block out regular working hours. Also let them know when you are available.

Along those same lines, it is crucial that you explain to your own family that, although you are home, you are not always available to them. This can be confusing to kids. Set some basic rules for them to follow. Let them know your work hours and tell them you expect not to be disturbed. But occasionally, surprise them by quitting early and doing something fun with them!

Here are a few basic rules that will help you and your family handle the new working situation.

* Make sure everyone knows not to answer your business phone. This will save you in a number of ways. You’ll be sure to always get your messages. Kids are never good at getting all the details. You’ll create a much more professional business image if you answer your own phone.

* If you’re children are typical kids, they will want to “borrow” your office supplies. Give them their own office supply center elsewhere in the house! Otherwise, you’ll start losing your much needed supplies.

*Set a work schedule at the beginning of every week and post it in a prominent spot so family members can check your schedule to see when you will be available.

Though these issues can and probably will arise, working from home is still the American Dream for many people. Learning to set, and more importantly, enforce boundaries for family, friends and clients will make your business less complicated.

Keeping Your Cool – The Key to a Successful Personal Brand

Wednesday, December 16th, 2009

My flight was delayed 3 hours from Adelaide to Melbourne and a tele-seminar

that I had scheduled to conduct that same night at 8pm encountered technical

difficulties and had to be cancelled.

Oh yeah, I also lost my ticket to get out of the long-term car park and had

to convince the guy in the tiny white box that I had only parked there 7

days prior so as not to be charged the maximum amount! Probably one billion

dollars knowing Melbourne car parking…

Have you ever experienced this, a day that just seems to unravel right in

front of your own eyes? Of course you have. You wouldn’t be human if you

hadn’t.

The question is do we really need to stress out about it and crack an Elton

John designer styled hissy fit!?

Probably not (unless you’re a drama queen of course then that’s part of your

identity!)…

Unfortunately in my case all of these things were out of my circle of

influence. I could get upset but really what would that have achieved. Being

in the events and professional speaking business losing your cool is a no go

zone especially when on stage.

In my case, usually when something goes wrong it is in front of others and

the damage that can be caused by becoming anxious, angry and even infuriated

in front of others (even not obviously) can completely ruin customer

relationships and accounts.

Next time something disastrous goes wrong, sit back and ask yourself what

can I really do here? Is it within my circle of influence, if yes then what

are my steps to rectify it, if no then what are my steps to smooth things

over with my client base?

And of course, the ultimate PR spin, how can I turn this into a win for my

clients and colleagues?

Avoid at All Costs Losing Your Cool Online…

Avoid having an online tirade via facebook, twitter or even youtube.

Make comment and be real but always ask yourself the following questions;

what will people think of me if I post this comment?

Will they think that you are quick to anger and that if they work with you

in the future you could lose your cool over some smaller incident?

Social media means that you are your own publicist. You must control and

influence public opinion as much as possible to achieve your desired

outcomes in personal branding. Treat yourself as a third party and take a

true outsiders view at any over reactions in front of those that you are

attempting to build an influential personal brand in front of.

At the end of the day when everything goes wrong is it really as bad as what

you think it is or do you feel obliged to get upset about it? There’s some

food for thought.

Royal Cruise Matrix – The Difference is the Boards

Wednesday, December 16th, 2009

There are quite a few multi level marketing programs that have emerged in the second half of this year that feature a 2×3 matrix format. There seems to always be an ebb and flow in the type of programs that are “hot” online. The matrix programs are very popular at this moment, and that seems to be a trend that will continue into next year.

Many of the programs have “splitting boards”, where a finished board will split and spawn off two new boards in the process. In the 2×3 matrix configuration, both people in the “row of two”, advance to the top of new boards. This splitting process makes it possible for rapid progression on boards where the teams are active and sponsoring people regularly. It also allows for stagnation and fragmentation of teams as the splitting process occurs over and over again. As in any compensation plan, there are pros and cons to the structure.

A fairly new program, Royal Cruise Matrix, has opened for business and has designed their pay plan to avoid the board splitting that is a problem for some of the other two by three matrix programs found online. I will go over some of the important aspects of the Royal Cruise Matrix board configuration and flow.

1. The boards don’t split — The boards on RCM fill from top to bottom and left to right. The boards have levels of two, four, and eight on the 3 levels of the matrix. when the sponsor has filled these fourteen positions, he will move to the Tier 2 board and will be given a “re-entry” spot in a new Tier 1 board. The matrix is filled by the work of the sponsor and the people on that board. There is more predictability of who will fill the board, but less chance of random “spillover” in this no splitting model.

2. There is a follow me built in — When you sponsor a new person, they’ll follow you to the Tier 2 and Tier 3 boards when they cycle. This provides members an incentive to assist their sponsored members in succeeding in filling their Tier 1 matrix. This is a huge advantage for active sponsors, because they’ll have a lot of people following them as their teams grow.

3. Every one of the boards is a two by three structure — The 2×3 matrix structure is consistent throughout the three tiers of the program. Once you establish a following and they’re cycling from one tier to the next, you can predict what your team will look like in the upper tiers of the program. Most members join Royal Cruise Matrix with a burning desire to earn the $5000 and $25,000 cycling payouts for Tier 2 and Tier 3 respectively. With all three Tiers of the program having the same structure, it makes planning for these higher paydays a much easier task than with the random nature of the “splitting board” programs.

4. There’s variable compensation for the first and subsequent cycles — The first time you cycle the Tier 1 Matrix, you will be paid $100. Each subsequent cycle will pay you $500. The first time you cycle the Tier 2 Matrix, you will earn $500. Each subsequent cycle will generate a $5000 payout. Every cycle of Tier 3 will generate a $25,000 payout. The lower payout for the first cycle on Tiers 1 and 2 is one of the portions of the pay plan I am not excited about. I view it as part of the “breakage” in the compensation plan. The RCM compensation plan has pluses and minuses like any compensation plan. The variable compensation for the first two tiers is one of the cons in my opinion.

5. There is no sponsoring required — You can join RCM and you don’t need to sponsor anyone. This is not a recommended approach, however, because your boards will be filled by your activity and the activity of your team. If you have a desire to earn a $5000 and eventually a $25,000 payday, I strongly recommend you enter the program and share it with others. This will enable you to cycle the boards much more quickly than a passive approach.

6. Multiple cycles are permitted on each Tier — Members are allowed to cycle over and over again on all three tiers. This is advantageous to serious marketers that plan on bringing a large number of people into Royal Cruise Matrix. This feature allows members to earn decent sized paychecks as they climb their way to the big payday at Tier 3.

Royal Cruise Matrix is a well conceived and well designed program with a modest $100 entry fee. I can easily recommend it to marketers that are willing roll their sleeves up and go to work. It will take a while to generate a team, but the pay plan is simple to understand and can be very profitable for active members.
