One of my favorite ways of putting together my own affiliate site, “business opportunity idea” is looking at what works for others. Think about it. If you spy on other websites that are attempting to do the exact same thing as you and they are paying for advertising you can be sure that they have put together a profitable affiliate site that racks in sales day after day. I am not saying to copy other affiliates sites, but simply model yours around their success. There are many different ways of constructing an effective affiliate site:
- Blog – Blogs are free of charge and are very search engine friendly. A blog should be used when you are interested in simply writing on various topics of the niche while throwing in your affiliate links from time to time. The overall objective of a blog is to look personal, inviting, and easy-to-read.
- Review Site – A review sites intention is for you to basically review each and every product and make a determination as to which site the visitor should go too based on your rating and research. Review sites are very popular and are an effective way to make sales.
- Splash Page: A splash page sole intention is to immediately grab your visitors’ attention, get their email address, and then promote your top converting affiliate product. Splash pages are great on building huge lists as well as bringing in sales.
Therefore, you can create an easy-to-create review blog that reviews the product and then offer a link to it. The first way is really a way to build a “business opportunity idea” and has great opportunity for long-term profits as you can continue to add more and more content to the site. You can therefore build it into a super-content website.
The second way is very easy to create and takes a fraction of the effort that the first way will, but will also bring in fewer sales over time and the first way. Last but not least, the third way of offering incentives and bonuses for your customers!
