My World Plus Review – Getting sign ups!

Tuesday, January 19th, 2010

I joined MyWorldPlus on 12/29/2009. That evening I started to receive email notifications of my new pre-enrollees. At first it was just a few like 20 then 35 then 78 etc…  By the following two days my account showed a grand total of  over 2500 and four complete memberships had been paid in full.

By 1/12/2010 my pre-enrollee membership level went to over 32000 and my paid members count was 156. This is what the My World Plus opportunity calls a power leg system. It basically force’s your up-line to build below you. It happened so fast, I upgraded so I would not miss out on any new growth.

Knowing that I was not a super internet Guru marketer I had to give some thought to how I was going to market this system. I mean lets face it, It’s nice to have an up-line working hard to build your down line, still the real money comes when you get off your butt  and do something.

I decided to go with what I already knew. I placed an ad in the local penny saver. I had done this before and the results were really good. The difference between now and then is now I know how to help others get the same results. I also made use of some free traffic resources online. There are many to chose from and all that is required to start is just signing up for a free account. Combining all these together makes for a steady flow of traffic and new sign ups.

There are even some paid resources for traffic that are a real good too. You just have to be careful. Not all of them actually give you what you paid for. I find it better to ask someone who has been there before you like your up-line. They have a vested interest in you business and will be more that happy to give you the marketing tools necessary  to start making money fast.

My up-line sponsor gave me some of the best free traffic advise I will ever get. I am still tickled about it. It’s called article marketing. It is still one of the time tested methods of getting free traffic on-line to build your business and or make sales. It’s like having a 24hr sales person. Anyone who takes the time to learn this method of marketing will do well online.

Just think, by combining a strong source of free traffic with a business like My world Plus, the sky is truly the limit.

If you have decided to start a home base business on-line and would like to take advantage of the My World Plus Discount Club membership, then please feel free to visit my site at http://bit.ly/moviemwp. Traffic resources included!

Reconstructing A Call Center: The Birth Of Contact Center

Tuesday, January 19th, 2010

The call center industry is facing some sort of stagnation. The fast-paced lifestyle and the easy access to high-speed internet facilities are contributing to make the existence of a call center in danger. The people are gradually opting out of a call center to provide them with customer care services. The entire process of inbound and outbound call center operations is fast becoming a practice of the past. The time has come for these call center companies to look for something new to offer to their customers. Customer loyalty and retention is refusing to work with these age-old tactics. The industry need to focus on handling customers more proactively.

The international forum for providing contact center solutions is on the rise. This is being carried out by the off-shore business process outsourcing firms. The growths of the BPO industry in India and Philippines have been a significant contributor in taking this service to the world. There is an urgent need for more contact centers. Wondering what one needs to start a new contact center and run it successfully? To begin with, one needs a proper location, a skilled set of contact center agents and state-of-the-art facilities. The need for capital and cutting edge business intelligence software need not be reiterated. The impression you leave on your potential clients is a key to every successful business.

Let us go through each requirement in details.

People:

The most important part of any contact center. While setting up, you need to invest in hiring superb manpower. If you can do this successfully, then half of your work is done. The major factor influencing the availability of a suitable workforce is the location. You should optimize between the location and the workforce you will find over there. The cost of this labor should also be a contributing reason for your selection.

Cultural Compatibility:

The major reason behind the success of India and Philippines is their considerable proficiency in the English language. The two countries are also familiar with the western culture because of colonization. The knowledge of English becomes a deciding factor especially if the contact center is set up as an off-shore BPO center.

Economic Implications:

The introduction of a contact center was a direct result of the efforts to bring down the cost of operations. The low wage rate prevailing in the country makes them a viable option for setting up a contact center. The cheap labor and existing salary structure make countries like India and Philippines the choice destinations for a contact center hub.

Business Process Outsourcing: Charge Of The Public Sector

Tuesday, January 19th, 2010

The public sector is supposed to witness a considerable surge in business process outsourcing in the coming years. The usual features of the public sector like budget cuts and spending deficits have put immense pressure on the government’s banking policies. This pressure in turn is diverted towards the public sector resulting it to resort to business process outsourcing of certain tasks.

There have been previous attempts by numerous public sector organizations to outsource in the past. These attempts tasted limited success. However, the move in 2010 is likely to be on a much broader scale. The procurement process of the public sector is estimated to be the one with the most need as it looks to outsource to serve the major purposes of cost-cutting while maintaining or improving the delivery levels of services.

According to the experts, the sector needs to find some more areas to include into shared services so that a BPO can be employed. The requirement for the sector to introduce extensive changes and fresher operating models, instead of mere efforts to enforce efficiency is looming large. The imminent possibility of the crisis makes it necessary to implement these changes which can be facilitated by hiring s BPO. A BPO has achieved considerable success in helping corporate giants to turn around amidst this economic slowdown; hence, the expectation in case of the public sector is completely justified. The main obstacle for this outsourcing is the bureaucracy involved in case of the public sector. Having said this, the urgency of a turn around will provide enough impetus to use business process outsourcing, even if it means massive reorganization of the entire sector.

In general, 2010 will see a resurgent BPO industry following the recession. The outsourcing vendors are looking forward to a boost in their confidence. The year would also popularize the concept of mini-multi-sourcing as end-users opt for a better BPO experience. In this case, the end-user can focus on smaller tasks assigned to a number of vendors. Another key aspect being introduced in 2010 is environmental concerns for the call center industry. The boom in the business process outsourcing industry will sustain as the need to rebuild companies resurface following the retrenchment. The introduction of new destinations is also a possible option. Countries like China, Brazil and Philippines will look to get on the BPO bus.

Asia-Pacific Awaits BPO Boom

Tuesday, January 19th, 2010

For the past two years the world economy is facing a huge crisis and this is affecting every sphere of human lives. This economic situation has affected the businesses and the job market is one of the worst affected areas under the recession. To deal with the economic crisis almost all the companies have applied several cost cutting measures including, benching and salary reduction. Many companies have closed down some units and have outsourced some of their works to the business process outsourcing companies that are situated in different developing countries across the world. This has lead to a BPO boom in those countries.

The economic crisis has affected different industries around the world. This has resulted into low profit margin, job loss, consolidation of companies and other cost cutting measures. The BPO industry too is not an exception. At the beginning of the recession period, people working in different call center companies as well as other BPO companies have also lost their jobs. However, BPO industry is one of the industries that were least affected by recession. With a number of international companies trusting the companies in the developing countries as their outsourcing partners as a part of their cost cutting strategy the business process outsourcing companies in the developing countries are riding on high tides.

Due to the recession more and more international companies have closed down their contact centers and back office units and trusted the BPO sectors in the developing countries with the same. This has lead to more work for the BPO industry in those countries. With new projects the requirement for more call centre employees have also increased. This has lead to numerous vacancies in the BPO industry.

With a lot of job openings in the call center and BPO industry and no significant vacancies in the other industries, more and more youth are opting for call center jobs. With more and more quality people opting for call center and BPO jobs, the quality of service rendered is also improving. The people working in the BPO industry in the developing countries are also enhancing their customer service expertise in different domains including travel, insurance and banking and technology. With this expertise their chance of getting more international clients also increases for the BPO companies. This is leading to a huge growth of the call centre and BPO sectors in the developing countries, especially the developing countries in Asia-Pacific Region.

According to a recent research the business process outsourcing industry in the developing countries in the Asia-Pacific region will experience tremendous growth within next few years. According to some experts the industry will flourish at a compound growth rate of 11.2 percent per year. From an $18 billion industry in 2008 the call center and BPO industry of these countries has possibility of becoming a $29 billion industry by the year 2013. With such facts and figures it can be very well assumed that these developing countries in Asia-Pacific region are all set to experience another BPO boom in the near future.

Using a Business Check to Market Your Business

Tuesday, January 19th, 2010

Business checks can provide real cost-saving results for many home business owners.  Typically, owners simply deposit the money into their personal accounts and then use a debit card or write a check to pay their bills. However, the personal checks are just that, personal and it only lists your name.  If you want people to know that you own a business, you can actually use a business check to help advertise and market your business.

For example, make-up consultants that operate a business from home may run by the grocery store or to the local supercenter to pick up a few things for the house.  Writing a personal check doesn’t help them let people know that they have a business; however if they were to use a business check when paying, the cashier may take note that the checks actually says, “Jane Doe, Make-up Consultant”.  This can increase the chances of gaining a new customer.

Using a business check in this manner can help you increase your sales thereby increasing your bottom line, possibly expand your business territory and service area, and of course gain new customers.  Letting people know that you have a business, whether you sell a product or a service, is the key to increasing your bottom line.

You will never succeed if you do not advertise your business is some manner.  For small business owners, like many businesses that may be performed from home or on a part time basis, taking advantage of even the littlest ideas can prove to have a large impact in the end.

Even if you do not want to open a separate account for your business, purchasing checks that reflect your business and adding the extra text like, “Make-up Consultant”, can also help to gain some attention.  The choice is completely yours.

The new way to become entrepreneurs with little

Tuesday, January 19th, 2010

Starting a business is a little ‘how to become a parent. Not only do you have to prepare for your start-up emotionally and financially, but we must commit to its needs constant until mature enough to sing on their own. And even then (much like a child) will always need you in some way, no matter how old it gets.
Here are five questions to ask before starting business:
1. I am fond of my product or service?
2. What is my risk tolerance?
3. I am good at making decisions?
4. I am willing to assume many responsibilities?
5. I will be able to avoid burnout?
Take some ‘time to ponder these questions, do a little’ of consciousness, so if you think you have what it takes, go for it.
All this we can avoid it? SI and how you ask.
With the new revolutionary way to become entrepreneurs without prior experience and without running any risk. How?
Simple, easy and guaranteed. You can invest a minimum of 20 euros, without risking anything, along with other investors you can grow with your money. The fund will be used safely, and in particular to the global financial markets and the simple movement of money (soap bubbles). The financial collapse will be just an old memory, in fact, your money will only serve to build a solid and will be used for real services.
Examples, there are examples of this kind, because usually these types of companies including large employers or groups of investors are just a few. This project is for everyone and requires no special experience or time to be used. Time is gold and get it no one will ask. Not want to delude themselves with big goals in the short but we can trust that you will be well compensated.
Our motto is to be honest and above all have many euros.
