When it comes to overseas companies that do establish their business in the republic of Seychelles, they have to follow some laid down procedures. To start with, the business companies should be able to provide the required documents after a period of fourteen days from the time they established the place of their business. They should then submit the following documents which include a copy of the certified charter, memorandums articles of association and the statutes. They should also provide a list of the names of the directors with the company secretary. Finally, they should provide the names of managers for the overseas company and then pay the required fees before they can start operating.
