If You’re A Stay At Home Mom Wanting To Earn Money Online You Must Avoid Home Business Scams
I want to tell you a few ways that stay at home moms can earn money online by avoiding home business scams. In order to avoid these scams you have to learn how to recognize them. Even intelligent people have fallen for many of these scams because they are often convincing and so well presented. We have to learn to recognize the difference between what is pure baloney and what is real.
A typical characteristic of most Internet marketers is that we are all dreamers. This is actually a good thing as it drives us to work toward our goal which for most of us is that elusive accomplishment called financial independence. What causes our problems is when we want to believe so badly that we lose our sense of logic and reasoning.
One type of program that fools a lot of people are these so called “spillover” programs. We’ve all been exposed to this baloney if we’ve been trying to earn money with a home business for very long. So just what is a “spillover” program? This is one of those programs that promises that you will make money from spillover from your up-line, meaning that as your up line’s “matrix” fills up that his new recruits will be assigned to you. This appeals to the people who are looking for something for nothing so to speak, meaning that they will not have to work. Do the math people and you’ll see that this is nothing but hogwash. If this is your way of thinking you’ll have a better chance robbing liquor stores and sitting behind bars for armed robbery.
Another type are these money game deals. Usually the folks who are involved with this travel in packs, like wolves. They start with “just launched” or “launching tomorrow” or something similar. They urge you to get in now, ahead of the rest of the world and secure your spot and earn money from all who join after you. What they don’t tell you is that they already have all their friends in position before the promotion starts and only those people will make money. They make money at the expense of a lot of desperate folks who spend their hard earned cash to jump in ahead of the crowd.
Another “good one” ( yeah right ) is those programs that target people with health problems. Many of these people will go for anything (maybe even “fried ice cream”) if they think it will solve their problems. They promote all types of nutritional and dietary supplements that are reputed to be miracle cures. Most times, in order to participate in this type of home business scam you will be committed to a monthly auto-ship of these products. The required monthly purchase is usually much more than you could possibly take. They suggest that you sell the excess and keep all the profits for yourself. Take a walk through the pharmaceutical section of any Wal-Mart and you will find products very similar to these for around a third to maybe even a forth the cost, which brings me to this. You will never in a million years be able to sell any of this stuff because it’s so terribly overpriced, which proves my next point. Why do these rip-offs require their affiliates to purchase so much of this? The answer is obvious. The reason is that it’s the only way they can sell it! Only the people who have stocked their shelves with this stuff at a very low price by purchasing a warehouse full of it will make a profit. I’m ashamed to say that I began my Internet marketing career with this rubbish and now have a large box full of vitamins in my house since September of 2006.
If I have stepped on some toes of some of you people who are perpetrating some of these home business scams and separating stay at home moms and others from their hard earned money don’t expect an apology from me because you’re absolutely not getting one, no way , not ever!
I sincerely hope that this article will help prevent many people from falling for some of these things.
In summary, remember to think before you leap into something that you may regret for years to come. Don’t let your irresistible desire to achieve financial cloud you reasoning and logic. Good day to everyone except the perpetrators of these sorts of things that I have discussed today.
