For a long time now most of the world’s population was thought one way street to success.  The one way street was go to college get good grades, get a good paying job and you will be financially successful.  Does that still hold true today?

By the way I’m not against former education.  We need doctors, lawyers, engineers, and other important fields to make this world a better place.  What me concerned is the old fashioned way of still teaching people of making money.  I believe there’s no one way at all.  As you read this article be opened minded and you can send me your opinion if you like.

As new innovation technology like Microsoft, Mackintosh, Ibm, man landing on the moon which lead to more discovery of the internet in the 1960s had change the way we look career and college education.  These advances in technology will challenge the way we look at our world today.  The traditional way of thinking in education will no loner be the same.

Today as we speak about 90% of new millionaires in the world are internet millionaires most of did not go college to make their millionaires.  This tells you that if you have the will to make big in the business world will.  It is very important that we encourage people and help them to discover their true potential and not tell them to go college because everyone else doing it.

My mentor Daegan Smith sent me an email one day about a very smart friend of his who had advanced degree in engineering and other fields and couldn’t get a job because he was over qualified, but yet these same companies are telling you to get a higher education.  So what the purpose of a higher education if I won’t get a job after years of high college tuition and effort?  Even in my own home my bro. told me that the company told him he was too qualified for the job.

The purpose for tarticle is to help people diversify their thinking in looking for other opportunities.  Many people I come across always tell me how they want the second degree or even the third one.  Most the population say how I can get good paying job, a second job, or good college education which nothing wrong with that, but with this recession you have to think bigger than that my friend because no job is guaranteed these days.

The question again is are you a job seeker or a business opportunity seeker?  Most people never one day say how can I start my own business or become a self employed.  With this economic downturn it’s time to go beyond the second, third or fourth job.

There are more opportunity than ever before in America and the world because this is the time to be in business and those who understand this will the next business leaders of this country and the rest of the world.  You know what, the internet has opened the door for all who want to be in business with little or money at all.

Employment opportunities are becoming fewer and fewer these days. Things aren’t getting any better it seems. But you know these two facts are quite obvious to most. Back in May, I actually quit my $90,000 per annum job in Iraq for KBR. It was an employment opportunity that I just gave up.
